In our effort to increase and boost client communication, we are excited to announce a new system we will be using for communication starting 3/15/2023! The Covetrus Rapport system will use a combination of email, text and phone reminders for appointment reminders and vaccine reminders, and we will also be able to text when medications are ready for pick up! The rapport system has a client login so you can view your reminders and appointments and also update your preferences (including which mobile phone number you would like to be texted or called – the system will not know your preference if you have more than one listed on your account with us). Some of you may remember the magazines we used to send out with vaccine reminders – this is the same company, but they have discontinued that service.

You may notice you have the option to opt out of appointment reminders, pet reminders, personal practice messages and marketing – we highly recommend staying signed up for all of these. The only personal or marketing messages you will receive from us will be infrequent updates (such as outbreaks of contagious disease in our area or new revolutionary products or services). Additionally, once you confirm an appointment, we will stop sending you reminders!
We do hope this system will enhance everyone’s communication experience with us! There may be an adjustment period as you update your preferences (or call us so we can help you update your preferences), but we truly feel this new platform for communication will be in the best interest for our patients and clients!
